Class Description
Salah is more than a daily obligation—it is the believer’s direct connection to Allah and a means of spiritual ascent. In this course based on Ascent to Felicity, students will explore the rulings of prayer according to the Hanafi school, including its essential conditions, integrals (arkan), obligatory acts (wajibat), emphasized sunnahs, and disliked actions (makruh). Alongside the legal framework, we will also reflect on the inner dimensions of prayer by fostering a deeper connection.
The course will conclude with practical guidance on prayer in various circumstances, including travel, illness, and the Witr prayer. Whether you are seeking to perfect your practice or deepen your connection, this class offers a complete and transformative approach to Salah.

Regular registration fee until May 2:

Are there any prerequisites before signing up?
All our classes are beginner-friendly and do not require you to have previous knowledge.

Do you provide recordings?
Each session will be recorded on Zoom. Links to access the recordings will be sent to all via email and access to such will be granted till end of the year.

Is there financial aid to help pay for a class?
Financial aid is also provided. Please note that, if approved, financial aid will cover the entire cost of the class (which includes all 4 sessions) and can only be applied towards one class per semester per student. If you wish to apply for financial aid, please select the option, "Financial Aid", at events.meccacenter.com and complete the registration process. Once complete, our registration team will contact you via email for the next steps.
