New Muslims Program

New to Islam? Start Your Journey with Confidence.

Converting to Islam—or seriously exploring it—can feel overwhelming.

You may have questions about prayer, beliefs, daily practices, or how to build a meaningful relationship with Allah.

The New Muslims Program was created to guide you through that journey with clarity, compassion, and authentic scholarship.

Since 2006, this program has provided new Muslims and curious non-Muslims with a structured, step-by-step introduction to Islam in an interactive online classroom where questions are encouraged and support is always available.

You will leave each session with practical knowledge, greater confidence, and a stronger connection to your faith.

Topics explored this semester:

  • Session 1: Fasting, Zakat, Hajj, & Important Historical Figures
  • Session 2: Marriage, Friends, & Family
  • Session 3: Manners, Social Interactions, Money Matters, Clothing & Food
  • Session 4: Dealing with Controversy and Review

To fully embrace this transformative learning journey, we wholeheartedly recommend that students who complete Part 2 also consider enrolling in the Part 1 of our New Muslims Program at a later semester, whereupon they will receive a graduation certificate.
