DESCRIPTION:This course offers a selected study from the lives of the Sahaba (Companions) of the Prophet, Peace and Blessings be upon him, and the lessons therein. The Sahaba were the closest people to Allah after the Prophets, so we can glean countless wisdoms and motivation from their lives. The Prophet, peace be upon him, told us that we can follow any of the Sahaba, as they are like the stars in the sky that help us navigate our lives.\nStudents will learn to appreciate their individual journeys and their importance within the greater Prophetic period. With this, there will be a focus on crucial lessons that we learn of service, asceticism, scholarship, perseverance, forbearance, and more.
