“The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy.”

(Qur’an 49:10)

Join us for our monthly gathering where we connect with one another and strengthen their bond of brotherhood.

Led by Brother Mujtaba Tariq, we discuss Islamic topics and current events and will also talk about the science of self-purification and how to actually put into practice, step by step, the Islamic knowledge one has learned throughout life.

Brother Mujtaba Tariq was raised in the New York tri-state area, where he learned the essential knowledge of aqidah, fiqh and other Islamic sciences from his parents, local scholars, and teachers.

He later embarked upon a journey to learn the various branches of tazkiyah )self-purification_ under the supervision and instruction of his teacher, Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh, who is a leading authority in this science.

Mujtaba has been working with Muslim youth in New Jersey for the past 10 years and is currently the coordinator of Unity TM, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the spiritual development and mentorship of Muslim youth through group activities, classes, and spiritual retreats, He is also the treasurer of Building Blocks of NJ which is a non-profit charity organization dedicated to providing support and relief to those in need in the New Jersey area.
